How long will it take to ship my order?
Most standard flash drives take 10-14 days to produce and ship. If you need faster service visit our rush order page to view drives that can be shipped as quickly as 24 hours. If you are ordering a custom project, you should talk to your sales rep. Production time for those orders vary based on complexity and order quantity.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All order ship out via UPS. After your order has shipped your sales rep will email you a tracking number. If you prefer, we can also ship your order using your FedEx or UPS account.
Where is my order shipping from?
We are located in Northbrook, IL just outside of Chicago. Every order goes a through rigorous quality control process before being shipped from this location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship our products worldwide! There may be additional taxes and duties assessed for customs clearance. We recommend checking your country's import procedures before placing your order.
